Air Compressor Service & Repairs
Scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs for industrial air compressors and associated equipment.
We service all major brands and offer fixed-price service agreements covering parts, labour, oils, consumables, travel and kilometres.
Air Receiver Inspections
AirGen carries out hundreds of in-service air receiver inspections throughout Western Australia each year in accordance with the applicable requirements of AS/NZS 3788.
We provide inspection documentation, ongoing inspection reminders and assistance with WorkSafe WA plant registration where applicable.
Breathing Air Quality Testing
AirGen provides compressed breathing air quality testing throughout Perth and Western Australia in accordance with the applicable requirements of AS/NZS 1715.
Testing includes air flow and pressure, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water, oil, temperature and objectionable odours, with documented test results provided.
Sandvik CT & CTN Compressor Overhauls
AirGen specialises in the inspection, overhaul and reconditioning of Sandvik CT and CTN compressors used in underground mining equipment.
We also maintain service-exchange compressor capability, subject to availability, to help reduce equipment downtime.
